The Lisbon Acroyoga Community invites everyone to participate in AlvalAcro: regular indoor Acroyoga jams in Alvalade! The jams take place every Saturday from 11:00 to 13:00, at Rainha Dona Leonor Highschoo and we have many matresses. Exceptionally this Saturday the event occurs from 4 to 6pm. Beginners are welcome. This is a free jam, not a guided class, but the hosts will be available to teach some basic poses and a simple sequence - the "Inclusivo" level (easiest) of the "Portuguese Acro Community" flow: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=onM_DgqzU9c When entering the school, you will encounter a facilitator that will collect a contribution to the space of 4 EUR.
