What is Acro Yoga?
AcroYoga is a practice that combines the concepts of yoga and meditation with acrobatics and Thai massage techniques and is based on the set of three roles:
- BASE: is the person who, with his body, creates the structure on which the flyer can move. It has the function of providing support, stability and security.
- FLYER: is the person who performs the movements using the body structure of the base. It represents the joy of flying and confidence in ourselves and others.
- SPOTTER: takes care of the other two elements in the various transitions. It represents calm, attention, presence, care and security.
For the system to work, these three elements have to work together, each fundamental in its own role.
What is Acro Yoga for Parents and Children?
Extending Acroyoga to families aims to strengthen trust, cooperation and proximity between parents and children, sharing the joy of the game and the presence of breathing together.
In the practice of Acroyoga, children can give space to their natural energy through physical movement, improving body awareness; at the same time, there is learning related to communication, listening and cooperation through group dynamics, the games proposed in the warm-up and the practice itself.
1 hour of practice together - 1 child per adult

More about Egle that will host the event:
Her journey in Acroyoga begins in Sicily, with Luigi and Francesca, internationally renowned teachers and organizers of the famous Sicily Acro Convention.
Since 2015 he teaches Acroyoga to people of all ages.
Today, acroyoga continues to be for her what she learned at the beginning of her journey: community and reciprocal support, trust, and play, it means reconnecting with her inner child and feeling the joy and challenge of cooperation to reach a common goal.
After the birth of her daughter Alma, she began to use Acroyoga as a tool to create moments of play, presence and closeness with her daughter.
From there, it was a very short step that led her to want to extend these moments of joy to other families.
