Alvalacro Alvalade Hub 11AM - 1PM

The AlvalAcro Community invites everyone to participate in regular indoor Acroyoga jams in Alvalade! 

The jams take place every Saturday from 11:00 to 13:00, at Rainha Dona Leonor Highschoo and we have many matresses. Beginners are welcome. This is not a guided class, but the community managers will be available to teach some basic poses and a simple sequence. 

✅ Please read, fill your name and sign on the link bellow the Physical Activities Liability Waiver Form beforehand of your first appearance on each of the events managed by the Club. This form will be valid for all upcoming events that you participate in. (https://form.jotform.com/220262413143340)

Car: you can park outside.

Uber: type "Boteco de Alvalade" and the school entrance is in front of that restaurant.

Underground: leave “Roma” or “Alvalade” station at the green line. It's a 5 min walk.

Bus: lines 767, 735, 736, 744, 783, 750, 727 leave you nearby.
